Chatty Solutions was started by Rashid N. Khan and a small team of entrepreneurial software developers with extensive experience in enterprise business applications. Rashid N. Khan is the founder of Ultimus Inc. and led the start-up software company to become a pioneer in the Business Process Management (BPM) industry. With over 1900 customers and a global footprint spanning 18 countries and partners in over 60 countries, Ultimus became a leader in its industry and won numerous awards and accolades. Prior to establishing Ultimus, Rashid bootstrapped Sintech Inc to become a leader in the automated mechanical testing industry, and sold it to MTS Systems (Nasdaq:MTSC) yielding an ROI of over 2000% in 6 years. He holds two Bachelors degrees from MIT, a Masters degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Harvard.
